    In order to open up the overseas market, Xinghua dehydrated vegetable enterprises compete to upgrade their files, improve their technological level, and apply for famous brand products, famous trademarks and overseas trademarks.     Xingye food company takes the lead in using FD (freeze-drying) dehydration process, opening up the international high-end market and improving the added value of products. Last year, the company invested 60 million yuan to build eight new FD production lines on the basis of eight FD production lines. According to the person in charge of the company, Xingye Food Co., Ltd. realized self operated export of US $11.52 million in 2014, with a year-on-year increase of 17.91%, becoming a major exporter and profit maker in the dehydrated vegetable industry of Xinghua.

    "This is dehydrated red pepper, this is dehydrated tomato, that is dehydrated mushroom..." In the sample exhibition room of Lianfu food company, general manager Liu Qingzheng introduced the brand products of the company to reporters.

    Liu Qingzheng said: red peppers are produced in Inner Mongolia, tomatoes are produced in Xinjiang, and mushrooms are produced in Henan. All three products are famous regional specialties in China. With these well-known domestic products and rare foreign products, the company has opened the door of the world's top 500 enterprises, such as Nestle, Kangjia, kraft and weihaomei, and become their stable suppliers. In 2014, Lianfu exported 5500 tons of dehydrated vegetable products, with a sales volume of 14.5 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 30.29%.

    In order to ensure the supply of raw materials, Xinghua City has established a 50000 Mu national demonstration area for export food and agricultural products and a 150000 Mu raw material base to ensure the quality and safety of dehydrated vegetable products from the source. Many enterprises have also established nearly one million mu raw material production bases in Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Henan, Hebei, Fujian and other places. According to reports, the conditions for Xinghua dehydrated vegetable enterprises to select bases are very harsh. In addition to requiring that there are no chemical enterprises and heavy metal enterprises near the base, there are also no pollution sources in the upstream of the water source, and there is no air pollution source in the upper reaches of the water source.     Xinghua dehydrated vegetable processing technology is in the leading position in China. Many domestic dehydrated vegetable processing enterprises are willing to become the rough processing workshop of Xinghua enterprises. The semi-finished products processed by these enterprises are processed by Xinghua enterprises and then sold to various markets. At present, Xinghua dehydrated vegetable products have expanded from local traditional chives, carrots and cabbage to regional well-known products all over the country, with more than 120 varieties.

    At present, many backbone enterprises of dehydrated vegetables in Xinghua have established offices in Russia, Britain, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Canada and other countries and regions. Many enterprises have also established e-marketing networks in English, Korean, Portuguese and other languages.

    According to reports, in order to boost the export of deep-processing agricultural products, the Xinghua municipal government issued an incentive policy in 2014 to reward export enterprises. In addition, enterprises that register overseas trademarks and obtain overseas patents can also be awarded. When enterprises participate in overseas agricultural exhibitions, the city's finance also gives subsidies for booth fees.
